How do I return an item if I changed my mind?

We understand that sometimes a device isn't the perfect fit, and we are happy to accept your return within the warranty period.


As per our policy for returns due to a change of mind, the item must be in its original condition, and the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.


To ensure a smooth and fast refund, please follow these three steps:


1.  IMPORTANT: Prepare Your Device: Before shipping, you must remove all personal data and accounts. This includes any passcodes, PINs, and especially your Apple ID (iCloud) or Google Account. For your security, we cannot process returns for locked devices.


2.  Pack Everything: Please pack the item carefully along with all the accessories it came with.


3.  Ship to Us: You can ship the return to the following address:

Once you have shipped the item, please reply to us with the tracking number. Your refund will be processed as soon as the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
