Our standard warranty provides comprehensive coverage for 60 days from the date your item was delivered. During this period, we will gladly offer a free return, exchange, or refund for any functional defects.


We have checked your order and can confirm that it is outside of this 60-day warranty period. For this reason, it is no longer eligible for a free return or replacement from our store.


While we cannot process a return, here are a couple of alternative options that may help:


1.  Check with the Manufacturer: Sometimes, the original manufacturer (e.g., Apple, Samsung, HP) offers repair services that you may find useful.

2.  Local Repair Services: A local electronics repair shop can often be a quick and affordable solution for out-of-warranty issues.
