Why is my order delayed or on hold? (Address Issues)

Your order may be on a temporary hold due to an issue with the shipping address provided during checkout.


When our system detects an address that appears to be incomplete or incorrect, we pause the shipment to prevent the package from being lost.

Street Address (including Apt #)
